It was almost a year back we’ve had heard of Iconic Motors building AC Roadster. However, its making has been confirmed as the company has released the details of the AC Roadster. The car first appeared at the 2008 Amelia Island Concours and was named ‘The GTR’ at that time. As the car has been in the making for long and during this time Iconic Motors has formed a partnership with AC Cars, hence the car has been renamed as AC Roadster.
Designed as the world’s most completely refined and advanced super cars, 2011 Iconic Motors AC Roadster has got styling cues from the legendary Shelby Cobra. The lightweight roadster is powered by a 6.9-liter V8 engine that churns out a massive 800hp. Apart from this, 2011 Iconic Motors’ AC Roadster is well engineered, strongest, lightweight yet a high performance car.
