Rachel Weisz: UK's Harper's Bazaar August 2009 issue. Rachel Weisz doesn’t dig the frozen faces of Hollywood, she tells the August 2009 issue of UK’s Harper’s Bazaar.
Rachel Weisz thinks Nicole Kidman is to acting what Barry Bonds is to baseball.
At least that's what the "Mummy" star tells the August issue of the UK edition of Harper's Bazaar.
"It should be banned for actors, as steroids are for sportsmen," Weisz says of Botox. "Acting is all about expression; why would you want to iron out a frown?"
The London-born Oscar winner (you can tell she's from there because she uses the word "sportsmen") also says she's much more comfortable back in jolly old England than she is in appearance-obsessed America.
"I love the way girls in London dress; it’s so different to the American “blow-dry and immaculate grooming” thing," she says.
But she is comfortable with traditional female roles. Very traditional.
Married to director Darren Aronofsky, she says "I am cave-woman to his man – man."
